Full Body Massage

​I am here to support you in your caring for yourself.
​ I will be honored if you choose me as your Massage Therapist.


My focus is to facilitate your body's healing through nurturing touch, a warm, safe environment, and my experience and expertise. I follow what your body needs, each session, focusing on certain areas to release held stress, and ending with long connective strokes to finish the massage and leave you relaxed and energized.

Hot Stones

I use hot/warm smooth river stones in each massage to relax your muscles and enhance your relaxation. They are an extension of my hands. 

Essential Oils

You may like to choose to add a drop or two of a single or a blend of essential oils to the oil and lotion for your session.
